After focusing on the health care and energy industries while an investment banker, Mr. Papademetriou went on to conceptualize, run, and successfully exit a full servicerestaurant and nightclub in Washington, DC. Niko joined Qu as the 5th hire and has never looked back. He lives, eats, and breathes restaurant technology and when he’s not traveling with his wife and son or playing with his dog, he’s probably at a motorsports race or watching hockey.
