Previously, Zach worked with retail and tech giants at Bain and Company, where he focused on customer satisfaction and retention. Thanx is based in San Francisco and is financed by Sequoia Capital and other elite Silicon Valley investors. Hundreds of leading brands rely on the Thanx platform to drive customer happiness every day. Zach received his MBA from Stanford and his BA from Dartmouth.
